Refund Policy

VA Optional is sold without refunds. That applies to the one-time payment of $2,497 and to every monthly subscription charge.

Why we don't offer refunds

Once your payment clears, you get the whole course, including the skills, templates and agent setups, and you can put all of it to work in your business straight away. There's no way for you to hand that back.

Before you buy

The sales page sets out what VA Optional is, which tools you'll need, what those tools cost, and who VA Optional is and isn't for. If you're not sure after reading it, email stephanie@theleanlandlord.com before you buy and we'll answer your questions.

Cancelling your membership

You can cancel your membership anytime from your account, in one or two clicks. Cancelling stops all future charges. Your membership stays active until the end of the month you've already paid for, and we don't refund the rest of that month.

When your membership ends, you no longer receive:

Updates to the course
Updates to Vera
New skills and agents
Future office hours with Stephanie and new session recordings
The member discount on Build Days
Access to our team in Slack
Any unused time from your included tech support hour is forfeited.

You keep access to the course and all its material for as long as VA Optional exists. You also keep every update and skill you received while you were a member, and everything already set up in your own accounts. You can restart your membership anytime from your profile.

Founding members

Founding members are never charged again for VA Optional, so there are no further charges to refund.

Payment disputes

If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us, we may pause your access while the dispute is open.
